LOU ~ Head Technician

Lou is a Licensed Electrical Fitter Mechanic with over 30 years of knowledge and experience in electrical equipment and sewing machines.   Lou can assist you with the technical side of your sewing equipment and all industrial queries can be directed to him.

MARGARET ~ Senior Consultant

Margaret is a TAFE graduate in Fashion Retail and Garment Assembly and Construction (1991) and has over 40 years of sewing experience, almost half of those being in the retail sewing machine industry.  Margaret continues to follow her passion of sewing and embroidery, through her customers, by teaching the joy of sewing to all who buy a sewing machine or overlocker from Sewing Machine Warehouse. Private lessons on any sewing machine and/or overlocker can be arranged with Margaret.  Please contact us for more details.

KATIE ~ Sales and Software Consultant

Katie has an interest in fashion and creative arts, with over 10 years experience in the sewing industry.  Katie provides quality assistance with embroidery software and all general inquiries. Private lessons on the Pfaff and Husqvarna Viking 5D software can be arranged with Katie.  Please contact us for more details.

DANIEL ~ Online Sales Manager

Daniel is a trained IT specialist. He takes care of Internet Sales and Ebay.  Daniel is also in charge of the Brother garment printing equipment and will assist customers with technical support and maintenance.
