LOU ~ Head Technician

Lou is a Licensed Electrical Fitter Mechanic with over 40 years of knowledge and experience in electrical equipment and sewing machines.   Lou can assist you with the technical side of your sewing equipment. Lou also is our Industrial Sewing Machine specialist.

MARGARET ~ Creative Consultant (and YouTube content creator)

Margaret is a TAFE graduate in Fashion Retail and Garment Assembly and Construction (1991) and has over 40 years of sewing experience, almost half of those being in the retail sewing machine industry.  Margaret continues to follow her passion of sewing and embroidery, through her customers, by teaching the joy of sewing to all who buy a sewing machine or overlocker from Sewing Machine Warehouse. Private lessons on any sewing machine and/or overlocker can be arranged with Margaret.  Please contact us for more details.

KATIE ~ Sales Consultant

Katie is a qualified hair and makeup artist, Katie has background of working in film, fashion and creative arts, with over 20 years experience in the sewing industry.  Katie provides assistance with all general inquiries.

Katie is also certified in Marine and Motor Vehicle Trimming [upholstery] and industrial sewing machines. 

DANIEL ~ Online Sales Manager 

Daniel is a qualified IT specialist. He takes care of all online sales and website maintenance.  Daniel is also specially trained on the Brother DTG printing equipment and can assist with technical support and servicing.

Daniel is certified in Marine and Motor Vehicle Trimming and industrial sewing machines.

VIJAY ~ Master Service Technician

Vijay is a trade certified sewing machine technician with over 40 years of experience in sewing machine mechanics. Also a qualified Master Service Technician.  Vijay started as an apprentice with Singer Sewing Machines. He is one of very few mechanics with proper trade certification in the industry. We are priveleged to have Vijay as part of our team (he is also an honorary part of our family).
