Sewing Machine Repairs and Service
If you use your sewing machine and/or overlocker, they will need to be serviced at regular intervals. This will vary depending on your sewing activity. For instance, patchwork and quilting is more taxing on your machine and therfore requires more frequent servicing. A service every 12-18 months is average; more often if you use your machines everyday.
We have two specially-trained and appropriately qualified^ on-site technicians [training is essential to keep up-to-date with today's technological advances]. We repair all brands of Sewing Machines and Overlockers including Juki, Singer, Pfaff, Husqvarna, Elna, Janome, Brother, Bernina, Semco, Mezzo, Typical and many more. We can also repair and service industrial and also long arm quilting machines. A service and/or repair can take from 7-10 working days (estimate only) depending on our workload. If you require your machine to be fixed urgently (e.g for Weddings or HSC work), we can arrange this for you. You will also receive a 6 month warranty on work carried out.*
We service machines and overlockers in our on site workshop, with appropriate equipment required to give the care and attention-to-detail a full service requires.
No appointment is necessary, you can bring your machines in anytime during business hours. Please bring along the foot control, bobbin case and the machines accessories so we can test all aspects of your machine's performance after servicing.
